Right of withdrawal
Information on your statutory right of withdrawal.
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance-selling contracts within 14 days, subject to the legal exceptions set out below.
Withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For goods delivered in multiple consignments, the period begins when the last item is received.
How to exercise the withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Stageware by means of a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, Stageware will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which Stageware receives notice of your withdrawal.
Stageware may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
Exclusions and limitations
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed software or digital activation products after the seal has been broken, to goods made to customer specification, or to hygiene-sensitive products that are not suitable for return once unsealed. Where a statutory exclusion applies, Stageware will indicate this on the product page or in the order documents.
