Returns & exchanges
Stageware distinguishes between statutory consumer withdrawal rights, goodwill returns, and commercial exchanges. This page explains how direct-order returns are usually handled after delivery.
For direct consumer orders, Stageware usually accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery when the goods are complete, handled carefully, and suitable for resale. This goodwill policy does not replace the statutory right of withdrawal.
Business purchases, institution orders, special-order goods, and custom commercial bundles may be subject to separate written terms agreed before shipment.
Some returns are better solved as exchanges. If a microphone, interface, monitor, or accessory is not the right fit, Stageware service can usually help move the order into a better-matched product before a return label is created.
Opened software, activated license products, hygiene-sensitive in-ear products, custom-configured commercial purchases, and items procured especially for one order may be excluded from exchange or goodwill return handling. Where this applies, the product page, quotation, or order confirmation will state it clearly.
