These terms apply to direct online orders placed through www.stageware.com and summarize the ordering, contract, and warranty framework for the storefront.
The contract partner for all orders placed through this storefront is Stageware GmbH, Linienstrasse 151, 10115 Berlin, Germany.
Product listings in the shop do not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the final order button, the customer submits a binding order. The contract is concluded when Stageware accepts the order by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.
All prices shown in the consumer storefront include statutory VAT where applicable and exclude shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any freight surcharges are shown in the cart and checkout before the order is placed.
Products remain subject to prior sale, supplier availability, and correction of obvious pricing or data-entry errors.
The contract language for this storefront is English. The current terms can be viewed and saved through the shop. Order data and the applicable terms are also sent with the order confirmation or can be requested from Stageware service.
Statutory warranty rights apply. Any additional manufacturer guarantee applies only where expressly offered by the manufacturer and does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Stageware is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless a mandatory legal obligation applies in an individual case.
