Delivery areas and warehouse routing

Orders are routed to the nearest stocked Stageware warehouse. Dispatch may take place from Berlin for most EU orders, Chicago for most North American orders, or Singapore for Asia-Pacific orders.

If an item is not available in the nearest warehouse, Stageware may split the shipment, reroute it through another hub, or contact the customer before dispatch when this materially changes delivery time.

Dispatch times and delivery windows

In-stock direct orders placed before the local warehouse cut-off usually leave the warehouse within one business day. Larger monitor systems, weighted keyboards, freight shipments, and multi-room orders may be checked manually before release.

Delivery dates shown in the shop are approximate unless a fixed appointment delivery has been agreed in writing.

Shipping costs and transport damage

Shipping costs, freight surcharges, and any non-standard delivery fees are displayed in the cart and checkout before the order is submitted.

If goods arrive visibly damaged or incomplete, customers should document the condition of the parcel and contact Stageware service as soon as possible so replacement, missing-part handling, or a carrier claim can be started without delay.
